Happy Sunday! It's time for the Weekly Weigh In - A great way to measure and share our progres and stay accountable. If you're pre-op you can look back over the past weeks and months and see the incredible progress!

I'll get us started:
I'm 2 lbs BELOW GOAL! And for the first time in my adult life, my BMI is considered NORMAL! YIPPIE-KAY-YAY Happy Thanksgiving, and be careful at that holiday dinner table - Remember: Proteind good, sugar BAD!
Highest - 297 lbs.

Last Week - 174
This Week - 173 - 2 lbs BELOW goal!

Total lost - 124
Total Since Surgery - 109lbs!
This week - 1 lb

Congrats Mike, That is awesome, You are an inspiration to many people :-) This week i  started focusing on my protien and its paying off.  Highest:260 Surgery:242 LW:224 Today:220 I lost those 4 lbs I was up last week.

Hope you're all having a great Sunday!!!   I am leaving for FLORIDA tonight on the red-eye flight which leaves at 10:30pm and gets into Sarasota at 10:35am tomorrow morning...I'm excited to see how much better I fit in the seats with almost 70 pounds gone!!!!  Highest----324 Surgery----324 Last Week----260 This Week----256 Total Lost----68 POUNDS! THIS WEEK----4 pounds!!!!!!! Have a great THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!! *******EDIT********* I just hopped on my scale today and have lost 2.6 pounds since yesterday?!?!  That doesn't seem possible!!!!!!!!!  That brings my totals to: Total Lost----70.6 pounds! THIS WEEK----6.6 pounds!

Current- 198, 2lbs below goal. i never really wanted to be under 200 cause i know without the skin, i would weigh even less. so now i am just trying to maintain.

 

I go see my NUT today to learn about 'maintenance eating'. I am looking forward to moving onto the next phase. Honestly I want to lose just a few more pounds and I am sure with the holidays I will do that... the uppage in calories combined with all the running around and swimming I do usually gets the scale down a few pounds! Scale is finally starting to move again.  I have 180'd my diet.. mostly because of my mystery stomach pain.. but it is helping with the weight loss Highest - 315 lbs.
