Somebody here on OH posted about this so this past weekend I picked some up... normally I am not a big cereal person but figured it would make a good snack. The cereal is pretty decent... a little flavorless but I sprinkled a little splenda into the milk and it was good. Its a great lower carb protein choice for breakfast! Cereal 3/4cu cal 100 fat 3 potassium 320 carb 14 fiber 5 sugar 2 protein 10 add a 1/2cu FF milk and the total for both cereal and milk cal 140 carb 20 protein 14

I had that, I felt like I was eatting cardboard.  I'll have to do the Splenda on it and try again.  Thanks for the info!  :)

I'm like some other people, Amy comes to mind - cereal is fine, milk is fine, but when I put the two together they conspire against me! Sounds like a good option though for those who can tolerate it...I might have to pick some up to pack with me as a meal on the go - dry of course!
