Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Happy Monday!

Hey guys and ladies, How did this fine Monday go for you?  Did you blow it over the weekend (it happens) and need to make up some lost ground today?  Or are you sailing along perfectly, eating just right?  It was an okay food weekend for me - minus a 2 oz pkg of peanut M&M's at the movies on Saturday, but ya know, I'm pretty good most of the time so I don't feel bad.  Are you joining the exercise challenge?  I think we can rock this challenge and get lots of time in.  On to food... 9:30 - 9 oz steamed skim milk, 3 oz espresso, 1 oz sugar free Davinci vanilla syrup 20 oz water 11am - 3/4 cup sukiyaki 20 oz water 2pm - 5 bacon wrapped waterchestnuts 20 oz water 4:30pm - 3/4 cup mini raviolis in meat/tomato sauce working on 8 oz orange juice with 1 oz vodka - almost a screw driver... I'm definately going to eat again tonight - probably more bacon wrapped waterchestnuts because I am addicted to them lately or mixed nuts.  But here are my stats so far - 848 calories, 73 grams carbs and 44 grams protien.  Definately need to up my protien, and the chestnuts or mixed nuts will do that for me.  How are the rest of you doing out there?

Hey hey...I did REALLY well this weekend...I was sooo proud of myself....I am totally excited bout the exerthon...it will help me keep my focus on what I need to be doing...b/c I don't want to be the dweeb that brings the group numbers down! Today:: B: insides of two manicotti with marinara, melted mozz and fresh parm cheese on top L: inside of the last manicotti (couple bites of the pasta shell) with all the stuff from above D: WILL BE chicken enchilada casserole and since it's going to be a late night of studying I'll do a snack later...probably cheese/crackers or turkey with lite laughing cow inside...yum!! I've also been drinking water and am currently working on some juice...but I need to get in more water before bed haven't had near enough today b/c I've been super busy and I slept in this morning!

okay....so for snack I had: 1 skinny cow NSA ice cream sandwich (SO good!!)  4g protein... and then 2 hrs later I'm having a handful of pepperoni...YUMMO! Still working on some more water....sip sip sip sip  and study study study study...*sigh*

Let's just say I didn't do so well this weekend, but luckily the scale didn't reflect it. B-12 Fat Free Milk with 1 scoop of Muscle Milk Light Chocolate Milk, 2 slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread spread with 1 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. grape jelly Mid-Morning Snack-Grande Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Non Fat Milk and No Whip L-1/2 cup of Caesar Salad and 1/2 cup of pasta salad and 1 zucchini muffin from Cafe Max D-3 oz. flank steak strips, baked sweet potato and 2/3 cup of corn and probably a glass of white zinfandel (4 oz.) After-Dinner Snack-100 calorie pack of oreo candy covered snacks By the time I go to bed I will have consumed 102 oz. of water.

I didn't have the best weekend but made up for it today.  Saturday I went a little overboard and Sunday I didn't eat nearly enough (so weird to have those words come out of my mouth!)  Anyway today was good.  The weekdays are so much easier! B - Micellar milk S - dannon yogurt L - 1/2 ham and reduced fat cheese sandwich on low carb tortilla S - 1 oh yeah protein wafer (just got these, love them!) D - 1 trader joes chipotle chicken skewer w/fat free refried beans and reduced fat mexican cheese That gives me 88g protein (woohoo) and 878 calories.  I think I am coming down with this cold everyone in my office has been spreading around so I am planning on getting to bed soon!  Zzzzzzzz...... :)

I promised myself I would do good yesterday and did pretty well except for eating about half a little cardboard boat of tortilla chips with my taco for dinner - note to self, always ask first if the taco will be deep fried, meat and all....Anyways, I got on the scale this morning and I was at an all-time low, so it's all good.... So far today: first thing - coffee, creamer, splenda - all of very little nutritional impact or value later: three slices of veggie sausage, 2 eggs (only one yolk) scrambled with a slice of american cheese, low-carb ketchup on the side lunch: chicken salad (small can of white meat chicken, tablespoon of light miracle whip, teaspoon of pickle relish, teaspoon of shredded parmesean cheese) and a 100 calorie pack of cheeze-itz to scoop with.. snack: about a cup of low-fat popcorn, grazed from my kids' snack... dinner - I don't know yet, probably a grillled chicken salad... maybe a protein shake later on...

Monday was better for me then saturday and sunday. On sunday I had 2 hershey kisses and 2 chocolate covered pretzels. not good. breakfast- cinnamon raisin south beach bar snack- 1/2 container muscle milk protein pudding lunch- 1 oz cheese 12 almonds and 1/8 cup pistachio fluff snack- 2 tablespoons hot and spicy ranch hand mix dinner- 3oz chicken cordon bleu 60 oz water

B - 3/4cu kellogs high protein cereal, ff milk, 4 raspberries S - 10 raw almonds L - Trader Joes 99% FF bean and rice burrito, some mixed fruit S - 1/2 a light n fit yogurt, spongebob edamame S - LF cheese on a few crackers (I was trying to wait for the BF to get home to eat dinner, I was starved!) D - 3/4ths grilled chicken breast, few bites of baked beans, nibbled on cut up celery, cukes, carrots with a little FF dip I had a snacky day yesterday... typically I only do 1 afternoon snack! I have been off my normal eating for over 6 weeks so I am working on getting back into the groove. I definately didnt pack enough food for lunch yesterday... needed a salad before the burrito or something. Today I overpacked my lunch so I have plently to choose from!

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!

Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
