Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Happy Monday!
Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!
B - 3/4cu kellogs high protein cereal, ff milk, 4 raspberries S - 10 raw almonds L - Trader Joes 99% FF bean and rice burrito, some mixed fruit S - 1/2 a light n fit yogurt, spongebob edamame S - LF cheese on a few crackers (I was trying to wait for the BF to get home to eat dinner, I was starved!) D - 3/4ths grilled chicken breast, few bites of baked beans, nibbled on cut up celery, cukes, carrots with a little FF dip I had a snacky day yesterday... typically I only do 1 afternoon snack! I have been off my normal eating for over 6 weeks so I am working on getting back into the groove. I definately didnt pack enough food for lunch yesterday... needed a salad before the burrito or something. Today I overpacked my lunch so I have plently to choose from!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
