Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood!
Howdy OH 20 somethings!
How does this lovely January Tuesday find you? A week from today I go back to school and my crazy schedule, so today I enjoyed being a vegetable with my husband and we watched all 3 of the Lord of the Rings movies (we're about 45 minutes in to the 3rd movie - so it'll be another 2 hours before our marathon is over). On to food...
10am - 3 oz espresso, 9 oz steamed skim milk, 1 oz sf Davinci vanilla syrup, 1 dollup of cool whip
20 oz water
11:30 - 3/4 cup sukiyaki
20 oz water
2pm - 2 cups popcorn (popped)
20 oz water
5pm - 5 bacon wrapped waterchestnuts
Working on 10 oz glas of water...will definately eat again later - I'm thinking pepperoni slices, provalone cheese on cracked wheat crackers.
How about everyone else?

Not too bad...but could have been better if I had of packed a lunch instead of eating that nasty hotdog while driving....
B: 1/2 banana with PB
S: cheese w/ 2 crackers
L: (this was while on the road to visit mom MUCH MUCH later) 1/2 hotdog, 2 bites of bun (BLECH!)
D: (mom's home cooking YUM!) 3 chicken hotwings, 2 bites pinto beans, 1/2 piece of cornbread
I've drank water, OJ and currently working on more water...yum yum
Not a good eating day for me today - too snacky
am - latte like usual
noon - 1 mango, 1/2 cup of LF cottage cheese, and about 15 weat thins.
2 pm - turkey breast and a string cheese
4 pm a string cheese
5 pm a slim-a-bear 100 calorie ice cream sandwhich and two m n m's
6 pm dinner - about 2 ounces of chicken breast and 1/2 cup of steamed green beans
7:30 pm - about another 20 wheat thins, this time with cream cheese
I better not eat anymore tonight - wow that was a carby, snacky day - oh, well, I'll pick up the pieces tomorow...
Humm haven't posted here in forever... I am currently plateaued and the honeymoon is over..I think!
Breakfast: Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich, blahhhh.... too greasy to think about biscut was too 'bready' in the garbage it went along with his frozen friends! 2 slices of sharp cheddar.
Lunch : My mock mocha frappachino protein shake (1c skim milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 2tbs sf chocolate syrup, ice and blend!)
Snack: Light string cheese
Dinner: 3.5-4oz chicken strips, lettuce, and light sour cream.. my fav salad!
Snack: Yoplait Lite Lemon Meringue Thick n Creamy
Maybe my Hard Boiled Egg later. and if I have restraint..NOT A THING ELSE!!
B - special K high protein cereal 3/4th cu, little FF milk few slices of banana
S - 1/2 my turkey sandwich (mini whole wheat pita, little LF miracle whip, 2oz of deli turkey) I was hungry!
L - other 1/2 of turkey sandwich, salad (leaf lettuce, spinach, broccoli slaw, carrots, cukes, celery) little FF dressing, few bites of LF cottage cheese, couple of sun chips
S - rest of sun chips, few bites of watermelon
D - celery, slice of pizza and 1 of the BFs chicken wings
I was doing pretty good up until dinner! BF was dieing to go out *sigh* we were out running errands after work and I was really hungry so we went to this place that is mostly bar style food. The pizza was a 7" so my slice was small.. it was goooood thou... just needed more veggies with dinner!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
