Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Hump Day Edition

7:30am - 3 oz espresso, 6 oz Calorie Countdown Milk, 3 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf Davinci vanilla syrup
8:30am - 6 oz no sugar added, light strawberry yogurt w/ 2 tablespoons kashi go lean cereal stirred in
20 oz water
11am - 5 bacon wrapped waterchestnuts (I made a big batch of these on Saturday, they are almost gone, so soon I will either have to stop eating them everyday or I'll have to make more...)

3pm - 1/2 cup mixed nuts

7pm - 1/3 a chicken quesadilla (one tortilla folded in half, filled with cheese, chicken breast, and diced onions - cut into 1/3rds), about 1/4 cup of Spanish rice (rice, bacon, onions, diced tomatos, corn and salsa)
Sipping on 8oz glass of 100% orange juice....
That'll put me at 1210 calories, 86 grams of carbs and 72 grams of protien on the day. How's everyone else doing? Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!

first thing - latte later - 2 egg white one yolk - scrambled with onions and a slice of american cheese - 2 veggie sausage patties lunch - 1 cup of homemade chicken salad from last night's rottiserrie chicken and 15 RF cheeze-it crackers dinner - sliced turkey and string cheese, 1/2 a crown of steamed brocolli snack - cheesecake mocha espresso protein shake - I don't know why, but tonight I dumped on this....I guess instead of "hump" day, it was 'dump" day!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

Lunch-My company catered in lunch and I didn't eat that much because, honestly, it was pretty rank. I had two small bites of this grilled chicken with a mushroom sauce on top, 2 bites of oven roasted potatoes (way too crunchy), 1/4 cup of friend okra. The only thing half decent was the dessert: banana pudding, I had a small bowl of it.
Pre-dinner Snack: a few chips and salsa and a 100 calorie pack of Candy covered Oreo snacks
Dinner-6 oz. bacon wrapped venison filet (my dad's a hunter), leftover vegetables from the roast (carrots, mushrooms, celery, a small bit of potato and green beans) with a small dallop of fat free sour cream. I forgot to add that I consumed 102 oz. of water for the day.
