Before any exercise for the exer-thon tomorrow, I'm gonna weigh plus measure my waist. Then I'll do it again after the 2 months. Just to see what happens.
That's a really really good idea...I think I'll do the same...if I can find my stinkin tape measure...I am forever losing that thing *sigh* Guess I should go buy a couple extra for just in case...
If you need/want any help calculating up the total mins exercised and keeping stuff organized just let me know!

There's not really a lot of organization needed. There are 9 weeks, and everyone keeps tracks of the daily minutes and posts as often as keeps them self-accountable. I'll chime up if I need help, though. Thanks.

I'm planning on posting something weekly...a post just kinda reminding the participants to track and pushing them along. Hopefully you'll reply with totals. But keep track for the entire time in your own responsibility.
I did my inches last night, weighed myself and took some pictures so I can do a *before* and *after*!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
