Here it is...day #1 of the EXER-THON.
Remember, everyone is self-accountable for tracking their minutes for the entire exer-thon. I'll post every Monday or so to (a) kind of remind all the participants to do this, and (b) a place for you to post your minutes for the week if you want to! But, keep track on your own, because I'm not gonna keep a running tally for everyone.
January 21 (today) thru March 21 (first day of spring)...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise.

Seems like a nice guy. I hope I get time to meet him, perhaps you, and a few others, when I come down March 25-30. I'd like to go to a support meeting, if I get time, I have never been to one.
I get down twice a year, once in March/April and once in November. And I never get a spare second to do anything WLS related, I'm always so busy. You aren't supposed to be busy on vacations, are you?

I, unfortunately, gained 8 pounds between the weekend before Christmas (12/21) and this morning (1/21). Not only did I overeat, I drank many things other than h2o and exercised very minimally. More than anything though, I found BAD foods that I could tolerate and ate far too much of them. So, this exer-thon is also kind of a WHERE'S YOUR HEAD AT BROCK? I'm looking forward to it....because I know how excited I was back on 12/21 to be -101 pounds.
Day one of the exer-thon - I'm excited - I've been putting off exerice for a week! just kidding - sorta...
We should totally plan a WLS in your 20's get together when you're out here - maybe we could meet up at my favorite new spot - San Tan Flats in Queen Creek.....you'll have to count me out for outdoor dancing though....OR....maybe we could do an official spring-exerthon type event - maybe climb camelback or squaw peak or something? hmm...Group photo at the summit? (with stewie's head pasted over brock's face to protect your identity of course, that would be funny!)
