Goals - 27 lbs. and 2 1/2 ". That may prove to be unrealistic, but that'd make my March 25 vacation to Phoenix that much sweeter.

Wow. Its crazy, and embarrassing, what the body does to compensate for stress, lack of water, lack of movement and other bodily woes...

I don't really have any goals... just to get back on track and stop eating all the trigger foods :)
