Pre Exer-thon Measurements

Weight - 227 lbs. Waist - 47 1/2 " Goals - 27 lbs. and 2 1/2 ".  That may prove to be unrealistic, but that'd make my March 25 vacation to Phoenix that much sweeter.

Weight 200.5                                                                                                                hips 47"                                                                                                                           Waist 40"                                                                                                                        Chest 44.5"                                                                                                                    Goal- 20 lbs. and 2 inches off of waist and hips. I will be ok if I don't loose anything from my chest. lol

Wow.  Its crazy, and embarrassing, what the body does to compensate for stress, lack of water, lack of movement and other bodily woes... Weight: 217 Waist: 41 Hips: 43 Thighs: 24 Each Chest: 40 I don't really have any goals... just to get back on track and stop eating all the trigger foods :) :(
