Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - MONDAY
Howdy 20-somethings! Tomorrow begins my spring semester! Wooo Hooo! I am so bored it is going to be good to get back to class. I have been off sice December 20th with not a whole lot to do. I got my exercise-a-thon on today out in the snow. We've got about 6 inches and are expecting another 4-6 before it quits! I normally don't mind snow but we've just had so much of it this winter. At least it makes for an exercise that burns more calories. Anyway...on with the menu....
9:30am - 3 oz espresso, 3 oz skim milk, 6 oz calorie countdown milk, 1 oz sf davinci syrup
20 oz water
1pm - Chicken stir fry
20 oz water
4pm - Chicken noodle (more chicken than noodle...) soup w/ celery and carrots
20 oz water
7pm - 6 slices of pepperoni, 2 slices of provalone cheese and 3 crackers
Now I'm sipping on an 8oz glass of orange juice...not to shabby. How is the eating going out there?

9am - reduced fat string cheese and 1/2 dannon yogurt
12pm - 3 small meatballs with ff ricotta and tomato sauce, 1 sugar free pudding
3pm - 1 kiwi
5pm - chai tea w/skim and splenda (becoming my new addiction!)
7pm - bunless turkey cheeseburger w/ketchup
now 9:30 - 1/2 balance bar
Hmm I felt like I ate a lot today but looking back that is not too bad.
UPDATE: oh right, how quickly I forgot about the handful (6) of peanut m&ms off my coworker's desk.... :)
1030am - slimfast
130pm - slimfast and 4oz cottage cheese. 12 oz crystal light
715pm - s/f pudding cup, and 4 oz chicken broth. 20 oz crystal light (between 3 and 7pm)
930pm - beef broth/mushroom soup and 12 oz water
12am - 1 mozzerella cheese stick and slimfast
May I just say I have been peeing all freaking day long. Also, don't take a multivitamin on an empty stomach unless you WANT to be nauseated.
I start my body makeover plan today. I was going to start yesterday but forgot it was support group night. I didnt end up getting home until almost 830 and was exhausted and was in bed a little after 9. Looking forward to starting today. I have been getting really depressed lately and know exercise will help. I think its from lack of sunshine and have been debating going to the tanning bed a few times as well to see if that well help *sigh*
b - trader joes apple-cran fiber muffin
s - a few raw almonds
l - 3/4ths of a 1/2 of chicken breast bbq style, few bites of rice (mexican leftovers), couple bites of LF cottage cheese, 1/2 a granny smith apple
s - light n fit yogurt, rest of cottage cheese (total serving was 1/4th cu)
d - salad and turkey, brie, spinach wrap
s - dinner was early (before support group) so I was hungry again when I got home.. few bites of baked blue corn chips and fresh salsa
I forgot to bring my veggies for my lunch yesterday!!

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

I did EXTRA good on Monday...b/c Tuesdays are going to be my off day....I have classes on Tuesdays from 830am-700pm with only one small short break from 1130am-1200pm (other than the restroom breaks)....so I'm gonna kick up my protein on Mondays and Wednesdays to hopefully even things out....
B: Carnation Instant Bfast Shake
L: 2 small triangles of chicken quesidilla with a little nonfat sour cream
S: piece of cheese, 2 crackers
D: Nectar Strawberry Kiwi Shake (it was sooo nasty, but I still drank it)...was on the road so couldn't eat something....

9:30 A.M. half of a oats n honey granola bar
6 oz of orange banana pineapple juice
12:00 P.M. small side order of creamed spinach
6:00 half of a half turkey hot dog no bread
7:00 6oz orange banana pineapple juice
I drink water through out the day, we have a water cooler at work so I am continously drinking from that. I find that some days I can actually eat more, and other days I dont eat at all. I am finally reached the conclusion that I am not going to force myself to eat (i think that was part of the problem that got me here) I eat when I am hungry, and when I am full I stop. On days that I know that I have not eaten I try to at least eat peanut butter toast. It has a lot of protein.
