Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood - THURSDAY!
How's that exercie-a-thon-ing going for everyone? Yoga has been very exciting for me to try and I think I might just like it. Who would have thought? School was crazy yesterday - not nearly as crazy as Rianne, but I had 5 of my upper level classes yesterday so by the time I got home I was mental mush. And I sucked BIG time on food. I didn't realize I didn't have a break from 8-1pm, so all I had from 8-1pm was a home made macchiato and a couple sticks of Big Red. So when I tried to eat at 1pm my pouch was ticked. BAD food day. I ended up with like 500 calories. Not cool. So today I made up for it...
7am - 3 oz espresso, 3 oz skim milk, 6 oz calorie coundown milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup
10 oz water
10am - Ka****LC Honey Almond Flax granola bar (7g protien! and only 5g sugar!)
20 oz water
1:30pm - 1/2 chicken quesadilla w/ lettuce, diced tomato and sour cream
20 oz water
5pm - 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of tomato (while making a BLT for DH...)
20 oz water
7pm - 1 cup home made chicken and rice soup (I actually made it from scratch and it was really, really good. DH and I were both surprised)

B-Protein shake w/ 1 cup skim milk
S- 6oz light and fit yogurt and 1 cheese stick
L- (after 2pm) 1 small calzone (insides and a little of the bread Smart Ones brand)
handful of Doritos
D-5 1/2 chicken fries + 10 fries (my family decided to go there...not really my choice I NEVER eat fast food honestly...)
S-splenda oatmeal cream pie...(new product i found at Target called snack away...major fiber low sugar and decent protein...)
It is the week before and I am seriously PMSing...sorry TMI for sure...That was my day...
I didnt wake up til about 2pm today!! Loafer!! So today wasnt the best...
B..er Lunch lol-1/4 cup homemade yogurt with strawberries..yum..I like to freeze it
s-1/2 cheese stick with a little mustard
D-ff refried beans with some sugar free enchilada sauce and some LF sour cream. Tastes like a taco bell bean burrito! (about 1/4 cup)
a few green beans
(I went and saw I Am Legend with my little brother, awesome!! Had a 100 cal bag of cheezits...I am really starting to love those 100 cal bags!!! I should probably watch it lol)
And now I am having a 100 cal bag of baked cheetohs...Ai yi yi!
I had probably 1 and 1/2 20oz bottles of water or Crystal Light and around 10oz of milk....
I'll be trying to make up for it tomorrow because there is no way I got enough protein!
Exer-thon is going well... my abs and legs are on FIRE.
I love love love yoga... for my birthday I am going to get myself signed up at a yoga studio - they are more expensive then going to someplace like the Y but I was spoiled by a small class for over a year so I am a little too advanced for the generic classes they offer at the gym.
Ive also done hot yoga a few times - its quite an experience - you should check it out!!!
I had an ok food day, by the time dinner came around I sooooo didnt feel like veggies so I skipped them :-( yesterday was a so-so day.
b - TJs apple/cran fiber muffin
s - 10 almonds, 1/2 cu cottage cheese
l - grilled cheese, chicken and rice soup (make me feel like crap, ugggh), pickle
s - fiber one bar
d - few bites of turkey, 3 super small slices of digornio whole wheat pizza (less than 1 serving per the box), 1 spoonfull of BFs light ice cream
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I was MIA yesterday because mom and I flew to Houston for my 5th visit on my 6-month supervised diet. I didn't really do well on getting my protein in, in fact it was a pretty bleak day.
10am-one packet of peanuts on the plane (I had to get something in my stomach)
11am-tall skinny iced mocha from Starbucks
2pm-split a mushroom swiss burger and fries with my mom at Pappa's Burgers in the airport, oh and I also had one glass of White Zinfandel
8:30pm-2 buckwheat pancakes with 2 tbsp. of butter and 1/4 cup of pancake syrup with an 8 oz. glass of Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry-Grape Juice
I lost 4 pounds since my last visit, so visit #5 was very successful in my book.
Consumed a total of 87 ounces of water for the day.
