Hey everyone.  I hope you all are moving.  I did 469 minutes of exercise this past week. So, Week #1 is DONE.  That is, if you are counting (and I am a HUGE numbers nerd):  7/61 days, 1/8.7 weeks, or 11.4% done. Remember, everyone is self-accountable for tracking their minutes for the entire exer-thon.  I'll post every Monday or so to (a) kind of remind all the participants to do this, and (b) a place for you to post your minutes for the week if you want to!  But, keep track on your own, because I'm not gonna keep a running tally for everyone.

January 21 thru March 21...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise.

In:  42:  Brock1978, Jessica Martinez, emday81, Thomas L., Amy B., Michael B., She She, WLSChickiepoo, Jennifer K., Night Rider, Katie L., Bradysgirl12, ShelbyKelley, Rianne H., Shasta L., Aaron O., SavannahJ85, buttercup1030, tinkergirl, Becca B., kyralyn4, Jennifer W., Snugglebunnyac, kimberasti, Sensdncr86, Annie B., Julainnamivida, LauranKauf, *~*Jaci *, meggiebooboo, Latoya2007, Josh H., SlimNikins, chsrkat1, Kate U.,  Jennifer S., iluvnyy2, SKennedy13, Amanda G., Danielle R., Reese413, and discogal.

(I believe if I have everyone, if not, tell me.)  (NEWBIES WELCOME!)

No goals!  No quotas!  Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 1/21 - 3/21 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!

Good luck everyone! And as a PS...I know this probably won't happen, but if all 42 of us exercise 40 minutes per day for the entire 61 days of the exer-thon, that would be 100,000 minutes!

Awesome!! Everyone's probablly going to beat me because I just started yesterday and am a month post op so am taking it slowly. Yeah, I know it's not a contest. But in my mind, everything is. :)

Just remember, slow and steady wins the race.  Take your time and do what you can do.  You may view it is a contest, but any positive number still makes you a winner!

Where is everyone??!  I did 22 (yes, 22) minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes with weights for a total offffff..... let's just call it 4 hours for the event lol. And don't worry, I'll be pre, during, and post op during this thing so I certainly won't be up there with the over-acheivers either

37 minutes is better than 0 minutes.  So, good job!

There's a family guy marathon on tonight. I thought of you. I watched the episode last night where they went to the kiss concert.
