L-4 peices of Hormel pepperoni, 3 wheat crackers and a cheese stick
16.9oz bottle water
S-100 calorie bag of baked cheetohs(I cant help it..these are just good..and easy on the pouch)
D-whole wheat grain blueberry muffin(moms homemade with peanut butter and lots of banana...they are the BEST muffins Ive had in my LIFE!! Totally healthy and very low on carb and cal's..no sugar added!!), 1/4 cup cottage cheese and a few green beans
Im having 10oz of milk right now...lol I m loving my milk.
I am considering on having a couple peices of pepperoni or another muffin for a later snack while Im reading the 3rd book in the Twilight series "Eclipse"!!!!! B: 4 oz yogurt, 5 grams of protien, 45 cal, 0 fat
S: vitamin water (homemade lol...no shaq involved) & protien shake (41g protien)
L: Tomato florentine soup
D: cottage cheese 9 grams of protien.

Getting better... Ive been working out over 2 weeks now and the scale has gone up some, as of today it started sliding back down... I am keeping my fingers crossed it wont go back up again and it will continue to go back down. Currently I have 5lbs to go to reach my new goal... or a few inches to reach a size 8! I have been doing excellent with sticking to my workout plan and have been feeling much stronger in my arms and legs! Woo B - TJs english muffin, Egg White patty, 1 slice of turkey bacon sammich S - 10 raw almonds L - 2 pieces of melba toast with tuna fish. My BF made the tuna and it was too dry so immediately it felt like a rock in my stomach... I had to stop eating. L - take two.... I waited 45 minutes and ate again.... I had a small banana, 4 SF gingersnaps, 1oz of deli turkey, few baby carrots and bites of fresh spinach S - 1/4th cu cottage cheese, few bites of salad that was suppose to be for lunch D - TJs lo carb tortilla with a little LF cheese, yellow rice, shredded mexican chicken, LF sour cream and tomatillo sauce (yummmmo) S - 6 SF cookies and FF milk The cookies give me horrible gas, damn that sugar alcohol... thankfully they are all gone now and I wont be buying them again. I am still working on getting the veggies in... I have just been anti-veggie lately. UGH I just remembered I forgot my edamame today too! *******!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
