Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Saturday, Saturday, Ever lovin' Satuday
. The highlights of my day include the hour and a half I spent on 9 math problems for my Math of Finance class...yeah...and the forty minutes I spent yoga-ing (I can now officially put my right foot behind my head, just thought you'd like to know
). Food was good...
9:30 - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz steamed skim milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup, 1 dollup of cool whip
20 oz water
11am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
20 oz water
1pm - spicy chicken nachos (pulled chicken w/ chili pepper, a dash of tabasco and taco seasoning, w/ cheese, lettuce, diced tomatos, sour cream and salsa w/ 6 chips - YUM!)
20 oz water
4:30pm - 6 slices of pepperoni, 2 slices of provalone cheese, on 2 crackers and 12 red grapes
10 oz water
8pm - 1 small slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza

D&C, polyp removal, and division of partial septum 4/20/2010
haven't posted my eating good info in a while, I guess I haven't been eating that good...I don't have near the restriction that I used to...I still have it, it's just I can eat a lot more then I used though. I'm still maintaining, but it takes work...The weather finally got real nice around here again and I spent hours outside yesterday, the next few days looks like more high 70's too! Maybe, I'll go on a hike, haven't done ANY planned exercise since the beginning of the exerthon 9:30: huge cup of coffee with half a cup of coffeemate 12:30: Egg beaters, 2 slices of ham, 1/4 cup of mango salsa, 1/2 cup of RF shredded cheese all scrampled up 3:30: ham, turkey, and a string cheese 6:30 - a grilled chicken salad with thousand island dressing, about ten french fries, and about 1.4 of a hot dog - from FatBurger - I was stuffed went to bed early...
