Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - barely out of Tuesday
Howdy 20 somethings!
I am a happy camper - I feel loved - I got a yummy dinner that I didn't have to make - I have truffles to look forward to over the course of this next week and my Advanced Writing professor went out of his way to tell me he really enjoys reading my work. It is a good day. For food and everything....
8am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup
10 oz water
10am - Ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
10 oz water
1pm - 1 small golden delicious apple, 1 oz roasted almonds
20 oz water
4pm - 1 crunchy supreme taco
20 oz water
7:30pm - 1 mini chicken fajita omlette (made with egg beaters), 1 mini pancake w/ sliced strawberry and whipped cream, 3 bites hashbrowns w/ melted cheddar cheese on top and a chocolate dipped strawberry - all made by my loving DH
Sipping on some decaf coffee w/ 2 oz steamed carb control milk and 1/2 an oz of sf davinci vanilla syrup...it was a good day.
I can only hope it is going as well out there. So let's here it, how did you treat your pouch/stomach today? Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!

Today was a little better then yesterday.
Breakfast- Ricotta with sliced strawberries and a little sugar free honey
snack- 1 oz cheese and 1 oz spicy peanuts
lunch- 6 oz key lime light yogurt and 1 oz cheese
snack- 1 oz spicy peanuts and 1 oz cheese
dinner- 1/2 of grilled buffalo patty with havarti cheese and some cottage cheese
snack- no sugar added fudgesicle
80 oz water
I ate so bad yesterday! Probably one of the worst days of eating since my surgery...And I gained two pounds in one day! I broke most of the rules, ate tons of carbs, overate, stuffed my pouch and kept going back for more - I'm shocked I didn't dump or throw up...so without a schedule because this was all graze style eating I will detail my shame:
coffe with creamer 16 oz...
small corn tortilla with melted cheese and ham and mayo two of them
ww chicken marsala meal
a plate of french fries
an order of thai beef satay with some of the rice
another plate of french fries
a big bowl of sf pudding
2 or 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
about 10 m and m's and a hershey kiss
and at least 50 peanuts throughout the day....
horrible, I know...back on the wagon today, so far so good....
I did better yesterday eating solid protein after my workout...didn't feel hunger at all...so good day for me...
6am protein shake w/ 1 cup skim milk
745- 3 bite size pieces of chicken
1130- 1 and a half fried mozz bites w/ 4 oz jack daniels chicken breast from TGI Fridays! My new favorite chicken i believe!!
4pm- 3 whole wheat crackers 5 pepperoni chips, 1 slice provolone cheese 1 sugar cookie (i baked these for my coworkers for valentines day)
745- 1 slice homemade pizza (on very very thin crust) (hamburger meat, cheese little pizza sauce, pepperoni) salad w/ cheese and ranch dressing
70oz water for the day
