Thank you Exer-thon!
This is week 4 of the exer-thon..... so far I have lost 5lbs and this morning I had to tighten my belt another notch. I have noticed *big* changes in my body in only four short weeks! I will do my inches/pictures on Sunday or Monday this week to show my progress.
Logging my workouts in my blog really helps to keep me accountable... if I think about maybe not working out I remember I have to log what I did so I decide to just go ahead and do it. I found as more time has passed the time goes by quicker and I am enjoying going to the gym. I have been sleeping better, have more energy and have been much less cranky lately.

2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I am not participatin in the Exer-thon per se...but I have done something this week that I have never done!!!
5 days in a row I have got up between 4-530am and went to the gym for an hour workout and I feel flipping fantastic!!! I have gotten up two days in a row 30 min before my 430am alarm. I drive home and get to see the sun rise...what a great way to start the day!!!
