Eatin' Good In The 20's Neighborhood - Sunday Sunday Sunday!
Okay, I'm tired of waiting for you Amy LOL
I was cleared for the next stage!!! Today I was hanging out with my parents and skipped a tube feeding (I know I know) but overall I've had:
12 oz protein shake by tube
6 oz pureed cream of mushroom soup
20 oz Crystal Light
I plan to have a fudgesicle in a few minutes!
Also, I spent about 45 minutes walking around WalMart and Target which is PLENTY of exercise for me these days lol.
How are y'all doing?
Shooooooooot yall dont even want to know what I ate yesterday - it was my birthday and I lived it up lol... this has to be my worst day since surgery!
Breakfast - eggs w/havarti cheese, slice of turkey bacon, few nibbles of hash browns, 1/2 a piece of hawiian bread french toast w/SF syrup sliced strawberries and bananas drizzled with a little chocolate, 1/2 a sausage gravy biscuit
Lunch - 3 pieces of cheesy bread (its an appetizer at a local resturant, like a pizza with no sauce) and a mimosa
Dinner - The Melting Pot... so needless to say cheese, bread, veggies, fruit, meat, chocolate, and a bunch of nibbles of desserts. Also had a pineapple martini and a few glasses of wine
I did get up and do 40 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning... so that was a very small salvation during my day of gluttony!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

D: another can of green beans...don't ask...been craving them??? And 1 cup minute maid palmagranite/blueberry juice...mmm
90 miutes of exercise...burned 500 calories. Hopefully I burned off those cadbury eggs. Scale was up 2 pounds this a.m. from yesterday. WTF??!!!
Oh...and I did have a sour apple martini Saturday night...OMG was that delish!!!

Sorry! I've got a couple HUGE projects that I'm working on for my classes and I got very involved with one of them last night. I started at 3pm and didn't look at the clock again until close to 11pm!
FOOD!
9am - 4 oz espresso, 6 oz skim milk, 1 oz sf hazelnut davinci syrup
10 oz water
11am - 2 beef sticks, 1/3 cup garlic and chive cheese curds
10 oz water
2pm - open faced spicy chicken quesadilla
10 oz water
From 3-11...
1 golden delicious apple, 2 oz almonds, 1/3 cup cheez its, 40 oz water, 1 small slice of thin crust pepperoni pizza and 8 oz straight up coffee to keep the candle burning.
Not terrible, too much salt says I, but not awful.

Breakfast-leftover half of my chicken buffalo wrap from Cheddar's with Ranch dipping sauce
Had a late Lunch-3/4 of a peanut butter & jelly sandwich (made with white chocolate peanut butter) and 4 farmland cheddar veggie chips
Dinner-5 tempura shrimp, store bought seasoned frozen french fries and 2/3 cup of corn
Snack-skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Consumed 60 oz. of water for the day.
