Week #4 is DONE. That is, if you are counting (and I am a HUGE numbers nerd): 28/61 days, 4/8.71 weeks, or 45.90% done. Remember, everyone is self-accountable for tracking their minutes for the entire exer-thon. I'll post every Monday or so to (a) kind of remind all the participants to do this, and (b) a place for you to post your minutes for the week if you want to! But, keep track on your own, because I'm not gonna keep a running tally for everyone. January 21 thru March 21...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise.
