animated pics?

Okay so I have seen this on a couple of people's websites and I was wondering where I could get it done too. Its an animated cartoony version of themselves (like a sim) and you can make it where the sim is overwight or where it is a normal weight or a skinny weight. So where can I make my own? Anyone know what I am talking about?
