Week #6 of the SPRING EXER-THON is complete. You movin'?

Week #6 is DONE.  That is, if you are counting (and I am a HUGE numbers nerd):  42/61 days, 6/8.71 weeks, or 68.85% done. Remember, everyone is self-accountable for tracking their minutes for the entire exer-thon.  I'll post every Monday or so to (a) kind of remind all the participants to do this, and (b) a place for you to post your minutes for the week if you want to!  But, keep track on your own, because I'm not gonna keep a running tally for everyone. January 21 thru March 21...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise. No goals!  No quotas!  Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 1/21 - 3/21 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished! Good luck everyone! Here's me: Week 1 – January 21 – January 27 – 469 minutes  Week 2 – January 28 – February 3 – 348 minutes  Week 3 – February 4 – February 10 – 399 minutes  Week 4 – February 11 – February 17 – 135 minutes  Week 5 – February 18 – February 24 – 260 minutes  Week 6 – February 25 – March 2 – 635 minutes  Week 7 – March 3 – March 9 -  Week 8 – March 10 – March 16 -  Week 9 – March 17 – March 21 -  Total – 2246 minutes (53 minutes/day……….3262 minutes pace) In order to reach my goal of 3660 minutes, or 1 hour per day, for the exer-thon, I have to exercise 1414 more minutes, or 75 minutes per day, in the last 19 days of this exer-thon.  Wish me luck.
