Week #8 of the SPRING EXER-THON is complete. A mere 5 (FIVE) days left!

Week #8 is DONE.  That is, if you are counting (and I am a HUGE numbers nerd):  56/61 days, 8/8.71 weeks, or 91.80% done. Remember, everyone is self-accountable for tracking their minutes for the entire exer-thon.  I'll post every Monday or so to (a) kind of remind all the participants to do this, and (b) a place for you to post your minutes for the week if you want to!  But, keep track on your own, because I'm not gonna keep a running tally for everyone. January 21 thru March 21...just monitor the MINUTES PER DAY you put into exercise. In:  46:  Brock1978, Jessica Martinez, emday81, Thomas L., Amy B., Michael B., She She, WLSChickiepoo, Jennifer K., Night Rider, Katie L., Bradysgirl12, ShelbyKelley, Rianne H., Shasta L., Aaron O., SavannahJ85, buttercup1030, tinkergirl, Becca B., kyralyn4, Jennifer W., Snugglebunnyac, kimberasti, Sensdncr86, Annie B., Julainnamivida, LauranKauf, *~*Jaci *, meggiebooboo, Latoya2007, Josh H., SlimNikins, chsrkat1, Kate U.,  Jennifer S., iluvnyy2, SKennedy13, Amanda G., Danielle R., Reese413, discogal, Elizabethb, ermath, heart2heart and RondaR12. (I believe I have everyone, if not, tell me.)  (NEWBIES WELCOME!) No goals!  No quotas!  Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 1/21 - 3/21 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished! Good luck everyone! Here's me: Week 1 – January 21 – January 27 – 469 minutes Week 2 – January 28 – February 3 – 348 minutes Week 3 – February 4 – February 10 – 399 minutes Week 4 – February 11 – February 17 – 135 minutes Week 5 – February 18 – February 24 – 260 minutes Week 6 – February 25 – March 2 – 635 minutes Week 7 – March 3 – March 9 – 440 minutes Week 8 – March 10 – March 16 – 584 minutes Week 9 – March 17 – March 21 -  Total – 3270 minutes (58 minutes/day……….3561 minutes pace) In order to reach my goal of 3660 minutes, or 1 hour per day, for the exer-thon, I have to exercise 390 more minutes, or 78 minutes per day, in the last 5 days of this exer-thon.  Wish me luck. And GOOD LUCK to you all.

I bet.  I work in a small family business (a bank) and we got a blizzard over night with a lot more snow on the way.  So I've been shoveling most of the morning.  Wet heavy snow, and it is so warm.  I'm beat.

You only have to work out another 85 minutes in the next 5 days to get to 1830, or 30 minutes per day.  That is pretty awesome.  30 minutes per day, EVERY DAY, for 2 month!  That would be a major accomplishment. And sometimes 2nd jobs are necessary.  I hope that income will help out with what you want in the future!

Since I'm joining at the mid-way point, I don't have my previous times recorded (and I don't have the deductive skills to estimate). Need to get in more gym time this week, as I have my first 10K Saturday. . .and I have no intentions ending up on the meat wagon! Week 1 – January 21 – January 27 – Unknown Week 2 – January 28 – February 3 – Unknown Week 3 – February 4 – February 10 – Unknown Week 4 – February 11 – February 17 – Unknown Week 5 – February 18 – February 24 – 420 minutes Week 6 – February 25 – March 2 -  585 minutes Week 7 – March 3 – March 9 - 490 minutes Week 8 – March 10 – March 16 - 490 minutes Week 9 – March 17 – March 21 - Total for Exerthon = 1,985 minutes
