Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Spring Break Day 3
never mind...something came up...so the Rome thing...yeah, not going to happen.
But aside from that it was a crappy food day...ugh.
10am - 3 oz peanuts, 1 bite of Kyle's french toast stick
10 oz water
11am - 4 oz espresso, 12 oz 2 % milk, 1 oz sf caramel davinci syrup, a drizzle of caramel syrup
20 oz water
1pm - 3/4 cup beef ravioli
20 oz water
4pm - 3 cream cheese wantons
40 oz water
7:30pm - 1/2 a chicken tostada (1/2 a tortilla, 1/2 cup chicken cubes seasoned w/ chili pepper, onion powder and a bit of lawry's seasoned salt, and 1/3 cup cheddar cheese)
Working on a 12 oz glass of water - if I eat again, which I may because I've got a lot of reading / work to do so I will be up for several more hours, I will have something with a veggie or a fruit involved.
Now, please tell me it is going better out there.

Amy that's amazing, you are going to love it!!! I spent a year in Rome and it was one of the best years of my life!!! Ah che bella e sono verde d'invidia!
My eating today was snacky but pretty good overall.
B: NSA CIB w/ skim and more milk
S: Dannon light and fit yogurt
L: stir fry w/chicken, vegetables and edamame, Newman's sesame ginger dressing
S: South beach high protein cereal bar
D: 4 oz turkey burger on 1/2 english muffin w/cheese and ketchup
S: mini chocolate peanut butter egg (yummmmmmm!!)

Breakfast- ham n cheese omelette
venti sugar free mocha frappucino light (over a 2 hour time frame)
snack- 1oz spicy peanuts- slice of deli Roast beef
lunch- 1/2 cup cottage cheese with some no sugar added diced peaches
snack- 1 oz spicy peanuts
dinner- 3 oz eggplant parmesan
snack- yoplait light yogurt-peaches n cream
60 oz water

I did better eating today. breakfast: cofee with sf coffemate late am snack: turkey and cheese lunch: kashmir spinach with cheese - kind of like spicey creamy Indian spinach thing two chicken and cheese raviolis dinner: a piece of baked skinless chicken breast with some spinach salad snack: ham and cheese and I exercised today! I walked 15 minutes to the grocery store and lugged my groceries back!
Aw that sucks you're not going to get to go to Rome, i'm sorry :( :( :(
My food day was good, until it got to CLASS TIME....uhhg, boring classes make me want to snack!
Breakfast---2 eggs over easy with 1 piece of whole wheat toast
Snack---1 babybel cheese, 1/2 cup fresh mozzerella and tomatoes with a dash of olive oil
Lunch---Whole Wheat chicken fajita wrap I made from leftover fajitas (chicken, onion, pepper, shredded cheese), 5 dark chocolate covered espresso beans
Snack---1 babybel cheese
WORKED OUT----30 minutes walking/jogging (first time jogging like EVER...walked 5 minutes, jogged 5 minutes back and forth for 30 minutes)...I'm SOOORE today!!!!
Starbucks on the way to class---Grande iced decaf sugar free cinnamon dolce latte (mmm)
Dinner---whole wheat tortilla with ham and shredded cheese, mayo, and spicy mustard, more mozz. and tom. salad
Snack---1 pack of Cheez-Its, 2 dark chocolate caramel cups (baaad news!)
After my class got out at 9:30 I decided it would be fun to go out to the bars for ST. PATTY'S DAY! Was going to be good but my friend bought me a vodka tonic and a Guinness..whooops! Oh well, it was a fun night!!!
