WEEK THREE ended Sunday.  Post your times. . . Join Brock, Michael B., Ronda R12, Kimberasti, heart2heart, Jennifer K, ShanDiggy, Shelby Kelley, Jaci, Jennifer S, Udevaknoe, holly T, Shasta L, SKennedy 13, Katie L., Bethroe Bodeen, TheFox, Nekton64, Rachelena, and me.  You know you want to. . . We began counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and will continue through June 1st, with reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday.  The week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein  the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday. ermath's  Ex-T 2.0 Log Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 605 minutes Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 340 minutes Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 = 525 minutes Week 4 – April 21 – April 27 Week 5 – April 28 – May 4 Week 6 – May 5 – May 11 Week 7 – May 12 - May 18 Week 8 – May 19 – May 25 Week 9 – May 25 - June 1 TOTAL = 1,470 minutes Again, I accumulated less than my goal of 600 minutes this week.  I now have a deficit of 330 for the overall Ex-T.  Work continues to interfere with my training, and it will be the same way this week.  I'm leaving for a conference in a couple of hours, and there seems to be very little downtime ahead of me over the next few days.  If nothing else, I'll have an accessible gym at 2AM.  How was the previous week in your world?  Kim and Ronda have already reported lots of moving. . .  and Brock sounds like he needs a good, swift kick to the tookus. Post your times, and I will announce the running totals at some point upon my return (Friday?).

Week 3 - 160 mins I didnt have much time for 'traditional exercise'... Thursday I ran around a almost 1 year old and almost 3 year old for 9 hours - thats gotta count for something? Saturday I went to 6 Flags and walked around for the park for 10 hours... a lot of time was spent in line but figured it counted for at least 1 hour of cardio because we did walk around a lot going back and forth to the locker to get my smuggled in healthy snacks!

OHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is funny because it rhymes.  And because a grand prix is a race, kind of like this exer-thon.  So it is funny for two reasons.  It is a double play of hilarity. OHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You get one chance to mock my weak attempts at enthusiasm.  I hope it was worth it. . .
