It's amazing how busy life gets when you WANT to exercise! I'm just thankful that I can exercise at all, and I actually love doing it now. Here are my totals.
Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 470 minutes
Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 320 minutes
Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 = 465 minutes (Thank you Bon Jovi concert dancing!)

Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
