So im guessing about 1300 calories and i did 10 minutes on the stairmaster, 10 minutes on the bike and an hour of heavy cardio at hip hop class! I also drank about 115oz of water! All and all a pretty good day i think!
I cant even list what I ate yesterday because its just toooooo much food.
I am PMSing hardcore. I started seasonique 3 months ago so its that time... the problem is for the 2 years pre-op I was on depo-provera so no periods... post-op I had 2 periods then switched birthcontrols and since then have had none... so in the past 4 years Ive had 2 periods...
*cry* its just not fair! I get horrrrrrrrrible periods and feel like killing somebody with one hand as I eat something with another. lol.
thankfully it should be a short one... at least thats what the seasonique claims, if not Ill have to kill somebody who works there.

Yesterday was quite bumpy, especially since it ended with a royal (undeserved) a$$-chewing from my boss. *SIGH I was so furious that I drove around for a couple hours to scream, vent and calm down, stopping only at the GNC outlet to buy some protein supplies. But overall, I didn't get in my fruits and veggies like I'd hoped.
BF: 12 oz skim milk
AM Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Roasted Turkey with Green Beans
PM Snack: a$$ chewing from Mr. Bossman
Dinner: Muscle Milk "Mocha Joe" protein shake, 2 turkey meatballs with SF tomato sauce
Evening oops: Oh Yeah! protein bar ... should've been some fresh veggies or fruit.
I really need to get into the habit of posting on this thread. I need to...So here goes
Pure Potein Shake- chocolate
2 slices American cheese, 2 oz peanuts, 2 slices salami light, 2 med. strawberries
In-n-Out cheeseburger protein style, didnt eat the lettuce either
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
68 oz water and all vitamins.
No excercise today, but maybe Tuesday...
