Lunch: 2 turkey meatballs, 1 spear broccoli, 1 spear cauliflower
Snack: 4 strawberries, 1 stick LF string cheese
Dinner: 8 oz skim milk/SF French vanilla latte; 1 oz soynuts
Snack: 2 SF cookies, 1 serving soy chips. Oops, oversnacking at bedtime is creeping up on me. NOT good!!
B-Pure Protein Shake-Chocolate 35g L-2 American Cheese Slices, honey roasted peanuts 1oz. , 2 cherry tomatoes 15g D-5 veggie nuggets, a few green beans with balsamic vinegar 15g S-2 whole wheat saltines with pepper and onion relish from Harry and David. Love it:) 65 oz water no exercise again:( But I have softball tonight, so I will make up for it there. all vitamins
