I am back...feeling a little discouraged.

I'm doing really well - much better than the last time we spoke, and it looks like you're doing better too which makes me really happy to know. I have a suggestion, just ignore me if you're already doing this - Make sure that you are eating regularly, with or without an appetite. I have yet to really get my "hunger" sensation back after surgery, so if I waited until I was hungry to eat I would never eat. Make sure you're not going more than 4-5 hours between feedings, and try to get a good protien source at every feeding. That might help get your body out of "starvation" mode and it also might help even out your appetite. You can get to Onederland, but so much more important is that you're healthier, so make sure to take care of yourself and stay that way.

Are you using a rescue inhaler before you start your workout? I only have mild asthma, but I found that it helps a lot.
