My fried dinner....
Ok sO I have been doing good with my pre-op diet. I had 25 lbs to lose before I could have my surgery and I am down 14 in 2.5 weeks! I feel great and im excercising alot.
Tonight my family and I decided to go out to eat to a new place in town. I usually have just a salad or something light. Well tonight I thought id be bad and have a philly cheese steak and some fries... Now I feel like crap! My stomach is turning and I feel like **** from all of that cheese and oil...
I started drinking more water and tomorrow im back on track. I thought I would let myself have alittle something, but now I wish I didnt. Tomorrow when I get on the scale its prolly going to add 2 lbs from my diner...
I'm so happy im having this done and I dont ever want to eat like this again!!! 2 months ago I would have downed the philly, fries, coke and prolly desert with out a problem. No its a big problem.. anyways, just wanted to share. I feel like im changing and things are finally coming into realization!

its so weird how your stomach can change so quickly. I know the feeling of eating all those types of food without even blinking and now eating 1/4 of it will make me feel sick to my stomach. its just another step in changing the way we eat and learning about whats good and bad. Don't feel bad we have all been there, its a nice little growing experience
