Eatin' Good -Thursday!
My last day of summer classes was today. Now that I have two weeks off before fall semester starts I have no idea what to do with myself.
Well...that's not entirely true. This upcoming semester is when I "Pre-student teach" which means I go observe and actually get to teach in an actual classroom a couple days a week. I am excited for a couple reasons
1) I have talked teaching theory TO DEATH and finally I am going to get a chance to practice what I've learned and
2) In order to be taken seriously in the classroom I need "teacher clothes" which means I GET TO GO SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!
Hooray! I finally convinced Kyle that I absolutely cannot stand in front of high schoolers without a new professional wardrobe. Since I have entered the "maintain" part of my WLS I have purchased a couple wardrobe pieces now and then, but never a shopping spree type deal. So this is going to be awesome. I have been browsing online and figuring out what I want, but the weekend before I go back to classes (August 29th-30st) I'm going to go shopping-crazy in Madison. Yes. This will be fun.
Anyway, food!
9am - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture
10am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup
20 oz water
12:30pm - 9 slices pepperoni, 9 slices canadian bacon, 3 strips of green pepper, 3 slices of provalone cheese, 3 slices of tomato, and 3 cracked wheat crackers
12 oz decaff berry tea
12 oz water
12 oz decaff camomile tea
4pm - same as at 1pm
20 oz water
7pm - chicken fajita salad
20 oz water
and later I'm going to have another cup of tea...
How is the eating going out there?

Lunch: lunchable pepperoni pizza
32 oz gaterade light (G2)
3 mini pita pockets with hummus
dinner: 5 sausage tortellini leftovers

the reason i felt like i was over eating was becuase the pita and tortelllini was all eaten while i was watching the olympics and i felt like i was snacking. I dont snack anymore and it was weird. But now that i look at what i ate im not sure i totally over ate...
