HAD MY 1ST FILL TODAY.....

I was @ the dr's for 2 hours thought he found the port and tried and tried and all he could do was retract fluid....10cc's worth... after several tries, they sent me down to xray and did a fluro.. the problem ended up being that the port had slipped down over 2 inches from where it was placed...... dr. said it was probably just due to the weigh I have lost thus far. all this after his nurse had bragged him up as being so excellent at finding the port right off..LOL he was SO compassionate tho........ so after about 7 needle picks and alot of poking my fat. I have a 2cc fill

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe next time she should save the bragging for after he finds the port.LOL!!!!!!! hope your feeling ok and the lbs melt away. Cathy
