Drink flavored zero calorie powder packets in bottled water, to replace the flavor I crave from Soda. Remind myself that I may lose a pound or two from not consuming empty calories and sugar in soda. My teeth will thank me.

First the caffeine goes and then the carbonation is to follow.
This is going to be tuff, but I CAN DO IT!
I need to move away from the carbonation and the artificial sweeteners. I am starting with this.
I am a diet mountain dew addict!!!! 6 to 9 cans a day for years. Will be hard but needs to be done.
