I started by getting this surgery, now the gym.
To be as healthy as possible I would like to get down to 155lbs. I will become active again!
I want to eat healthy and make time for excercise. I need to quit working so many hours.
I "came late to this WLS party" at age 74. BTW - are there any other Senior Citizens out there?

i have lost 83 lbs so far i want to lose 38 more i want to maintain it by staying active eat right
I want to learn to be more mobile and be able to try different exercises while burning cslories.
My surgery is March 17th.
