to be a healthy role model for my daughter

I love my little girl and I know I have taught her to overeat by example. I hope to reverse that.

I have a beautiful 7yo daugther. She has great eating habits and I want to be like her! :o)

It's hard to have your ten year old give you pep talks . It's my job to be there for her!

I feel I need to be healthy to be a good role model for Emily.

This is most important to me as she is gonna struggle with her weight in the future also.
