This is harder than I thought it would be!! The first 167 pounds I've lost almost seemed easy!!??

I know I can do it! I havn't had surgery yet, but it will happen
I will follow all the rules my Surgeon gave me..I will exercise everyday and eat only 4oz three time
only 125.5 pounds to go. Two weeks post -op
