Get to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week

for 2 weeks

Right after my surgery, I did go ti the gym regularily. Now that I am 3= years post-op, I do not go

Water aerobics, walking, anything!

i now go 4-5 times a week

I need to be accountable and get there!
