getting closer it seems every day
Did everything I was suppose to do on my checklist. Now waiting on Hills Physicians to approve me.
Whatever my surgery date is, that day will be the new beginning I so despectly need.
This will be the beginning to the rest of my life (again)

Ugh, gotta get the application into the mail tomorrow. (11/24/09)

I am praying for September 8, 2009. If not I'll have to wait for Thanksgiving.
I want to achieve this goal asap .
Waiting to have my psych eval and obtain a cardiac clearance next week.
