AND LOSE 2 TO 3 POUNDS A WEEK
I will go to physical therapy fitness at least 3 times per week and walk at least 2 other days.
Funny thing is that I know exercise makes me shed pounds yet I always make excuses. No more!
I have achieved this goal for the past 2 weeks, but it will be ongoing.
For 3.5 years I had been exercise 5 days a week. I started a new job and quit. I must start again.
