Good Morning Botters:
I had an Aha moment last night at graduation for our 2013 seniors. My son graduates next year. I was standing in front of glass doors talking to a friend of I consider to have a very nice, slim figure when I saw our reflection and I realized that I was the slimmer of the two. Wow! It actually knock my socks off. Why do I need to be so visual to see what everybody else already sees? Food for thought. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Greek Yogurt Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Southwestern Chicken Fajitas

Good morning, Tess. Many of us have that same problem, at least for a while. We still see ourselves as fat, or at least, larger than those around us. Some of us have a problem shopping in stores that are not exclusively plus sized. I don't "have" to shop in those stores, even since my re-gain, but I still find myself gravitating toward them...maybe out of habit, I don't know. But reflections can tell the whole story (unless you suffer from body dysmorphic disorder), and I guess you had your eyes opened last night. Good for you, and congrats!
Wow! That's great Tess. It's a nice reward for all your hard work when something like that happens.

TOTALS: so far… 1286 calories, 100g Protein
I haven’t been doing very well at planning or staying on plan in the evenings but I have been more physically active lately too so that has helped balance it out some. I will keep on trying.

Tess, it's the same as when I think I can fit between 2 chairs and find out I am larger than I thought..lol But I would rather have your problem..lol
And I was wrong, the sunshine does not make the cold any more bearable today..lol But I was right about not thinking food too, I didn't even have my morning smoothie or anything and it was lunch!!! Much better for me to not be obsessing about food..;)

Late night and I'm not at home, so it looks like I will have to forgo the bike routine tonight, but will do two workouts on Saturday (because I'm anal that way :)
Today I ate:
B: protein shake made with SF vanilla International coffee
L: 4 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice cheese, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, dill pickle spear
S: Quest protein bar
D: small grilled chicken thigh and leg (skinless)
LNS: 1c fresh strawberries, grilled chicken wing (skinless)
