Love Today's Quote Of The Day

I really love today's Quote of the Day. "The bad new is that time flies. The good news that you are the pilot."

This quote reminds me that I have to put my weightloss/health first. Until recently, everyone else and everything else came before me. Even my own stuff came before my weightloss. It is really difficult to break that habit, but I am working on it.
