We all had this surgery to be healthy, and the way to be healthy is through support and knowledge acquired through experience and or education.

The name Ladies of Challenge comes from the fact that we are ladies of all different ages. I know and understand the struggle that comes with obesity.  Before, I had surgery in August 2005. I have been on my journey fours now. I am proud to be a part of Obesity Help.  I wanted to give back to Obesity Help for helping me with all the questions I had and answers I got from the organization.

CT Weight Loss is a new online home for our real world support group. The group meets the 1st Thursday of each month at the "Weigh You Options" Offices run by the Hospital of Central Connecticut. The group runs from  6:00pm to 7:30 p.m. @ 11 South Road, Farmington, CT.

Welcome all weight loss patients pre and post op.
