I currently have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama , I am trying to get all tests and stuff done under the current policy. At the beginning of December, my Insurance will change to the Insurance that my husbands new company he works for now has which is PCHS can anyone tell me if they have had this Insurance and What are their requirements for surgery?
