Find people near you in the Austin aera to walk with or exercise with. I know it can be hard to just get out and walk or exercise on your own. This will help you account for your daily exercise. You can meet daily weekly or bi weekly find some one that fits your schedule.

 For people who want to lose significant amounts of weight and want to know other people in the same situation.   It's not just about weight loss but it is about having friends who understand the need to lose weight.  Maybe we will do things together if our personalities mesh.  We are uptowners or have an uptown attitude. Glad to meet you!
