In this group we are encouraged to take baby steps in getting back into the  swing of life again. Setting small goals and suggesting little positive things to do once a week. Getting out of our comfort zones and just really enjoying life!

300 Pounds to Lose is a group for any OH members who have over 300 pounds to lose. You are also welcome if you have already lost over 300 pounds. All of us can help each other and share advice & support. We all can get through it.

"The Lighter Side" was developed in November of 2009.  We started with 3 members and currently have nearly 20 members.  We meet physically the first Thursday of each month.  Beginning Fall of 2011, we will be meeting two times each month.
