These subcultures are generally built around junk food, and having a place to go to help break that mold is important. A place to ask for help, post healthy recipes, talk about your latest hobby, whatever you want! The more the merrier!

For older folks, contemplating, having or living with bariatric surgery of any kind. Primarily for issues specifically related to older citizens.

We all have issues in life. I want to start this group to help all that i can before surgery is a must. Through fitness, nutrition, weight loss and determination. We are very excited to be part of your journey.

Back to the basics. It's time for me to step back and start doing everything I learned and get healthy again:)

I will post my story and continued updates, as even at 7 years post-op and after a complete reversal, I'm still facing another major (open) surgery before I can even be considered on the path to true recovery.
