LIFE IN ABUNDANCE Support Group for Weight Loss Surgery Patients in Spring Creek/Elko,NV Area

The Martial Arts Fellowship Group exists for the purpose of linking the Martial Arts community to provide an easy and comprehensive access of martial arts info and support for all people in the WLS community.

This group is designed for those individuals who are long-term post-ops who have reached their bariatric surgery goals and are commited to a life of maintaining their health through maintaining their weight loss.

Live Your Life is a group and online support forum designed to give hope and share life. Sustaining weight loss should be looked at as a form of lifelong recovery, and as such, connecting with and participating in a support group of people dedicated to being healthy may be the single most important requirement for long-term success.

I use a low impact and muscle confusion to help you lose the weight. The programs are from beachbody such as: turbo jams, power 90, slim n 6, p90x and yoga ballet.  I can help you find target heart rates and help with calories.
