Welcome to Alabama Bariatric Support. This group was founded to promote events being sponsored and put on the Alabama Bariatric Professionals.

This group is for weight loss patients and anyone considering body contouring surgery. Dr. J. Peter Rubin is the Founder of the Life After Weight Loss Program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).

We welcome all who are in need of support or just looking for people who have experienced the same surgery! We support and share experiences. Group members feel free to suggest what you want to talk about or what you need support in and we will do our best to support!
