A long term post-op support group in the Bergen/Passaic/Essex Counties, NJ area.

This group is geared towards those who feel we are not loved as  we should be.  Being plus sized doesn't  make us animals. We have hearts, we have feelings, and we have love to share just as anyone else.  I open my home (in the future) and my group to all of those who just want to be loved, for who we are as we make progress through our journeys whatever they may be. This group is to facilitate support, education and community for those interested or involved WLS at Saint-Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO

We are the LAPSF support group we meet once a month at the Marriott Residence Inn. Our group is open to any Post ops, or Pre-ops who would like support. We usually have a surgeon from LAPSF here that you can talk with and we usually have either a dietician, psychologist, plastic surgeon or someone with great information for our group.

We are strong, dedicated and determined to loose the weight and live our lives to the fullest.
