This group is for anyone who had their weight loss surgery (WLS) in May 2011, to be in support of one another.  This group WELCOMES advice and support from those who have gone before us and from those who want to cheer us on!!!

It is my hope to help others use their WLS tool to achieve their goals of weight loss, maintenance and good health, with a stress on the importance of logging both food intake and exercise.  That's why we'll be the "loggers".
