I hit the centry mark. 100lbs off!

This surgery has done wonders for me in just 3 short months . I am lucky to not have any complications so far besides a leaky incision that's a distant memory already. I am thankful for the support I've gotten here and in my offline support groups . Now to continue forward to the next 50 as a mini-goal. My walking has been great, I've been doing at least 45 minutes every day. I was weight training, but during a family visit I got side tracked and haven't gotten back to it, but now I WILL.

What I could use is even more OH friends, being sorta new still. Please ask and I'll be your friend.
