You're taller then me and I'm thinking I'm getting a bit bony.
My BMI is about 22.5. Guess it comes with the territory. I love the ides of eating more peanut butter! I'm guessing we're close to the same age, since you are retired. I'm 55. I think our bodies are not as "round" as a younger woman's body, which makes us look a little more undernourished. But I think you should weigh where you feel happy and is not too hard to maintain.
