116.4 for the third day in a row. Like Paula a bit too low, so I need to think about how to best adjust my medication.
Yesterday did turn out to be a fine beach day after a cold start. I wore a warm jacket over a sweatshirt to walk with Justice at 7 yesterday, but was at the beach at 11. I did bring a sweatshirt just in case but didn't need it.
Dinner with DSIL and DS was quite nice. We sat outside on the harbor. There was a wedding upstairs and the bride and groom arrived by boat right next to us. Cool way to do it! We had our wedding celebration there 3 years ago. Which reminds me that our 5th dating anniversary is tomorrow. What a difference 5 years makes! DH likes to joke that if it wasn't for me he could be a comfortable hermit on the Cape all year.
We are meeting friends for lunch today at another place with a deck on a harbor. Need to take advantage of these places during the summer! We will likely split a fish reuben as we both like the one this restaurant makes. But in the meantime, the bus leaves for breakfast at 7:30, followed by a Justice walk.
Have a sunny side up Sunday!

Must be an East Coast thing? In New England it is usually Cod and coleslaw with thousand island dressing and cheese on rye. In Florida it is grouper with sauerkraut and thousand island on rye. We substitute the sauerkraut for coleslaw when in New England.

Greetings all
Overcast but calm here. DH is out with the dogs on a walk. I get to control the TV for a bit. We are looking for new stuff to watch. We started this series and I actually think we have watched it before. Welcome to old age. Can't remember the tv we watch. oh well.
So for sure I am doing the gym today and maybe the studio. I did get all my stuff on my list done yesterday including mopping. Th wet swiffer is the way to do it. No mop bucket. After that maybe studio and stop at the hippie grocery for something for dinner.
Liz happy anniversary. You and Mike are clearly good for each other. Enjoy the fish reuben. Gotta admit that sounds odd but I would try it. Reminds me that they are adversising fresh tuna at the docks now. Maybe will make myself get some. They will clean it for you.
So CC, does Kirby behave well on a boat? I think my dogs would go nuts. Tesla is a good car traveler but Poppy is terrible. Whines all the time. Bet Kirby is a good boat dog.
DH has to go to his friends house to help him with his printer. friend also wants help with some hotel reservations and cable subscription. I talked with DH about setting some boundaries. DH is a total computer nerd and can fix most things but matters that amount to consumer complaints are not his wheel house.
I may have mentioned that one of the studio glass members left two snotty notes on the building. How old are we people?
Not much else. Endless parade of laundry and junk removal which I think about a lot and don't get done. I need to hurry up and decide if I need any new stuff for this trip or it will be too late to order anything.
Later if anything happens but don't count on it.

Fresh fish direct from the dock! I would love that. Though many fish places say their stuff is that fresh, who knows? Twice I have had fish caught by family/friends during the day and cooked that night and it was amazing.

122.4. Up a smidge. High sodium day yesterday. I don't think is up from calories which were actually a little low yesterday. Must get in more protein. I've been slacking in that area and opting for non protein snacks instead.
Birthday breakfast out was good. I split some eggs Benedict with DH and he ordered a single piece of apple fritter French toast and a side of bacon for himself as well.
Finished the wedding photo book! One less project to work on. Need to finish getting ready for what might very well be my last art fair this coming weekend. Having a major Moving Sale to hopefully move product!
Leftovers for dinner. Boring but necessary.
Puppies are sleeping on the couch next to me. They have the right idea. Our grand cat was very vocal this morning and woke us up!
I love having leftovers around (because I dislike cooking).
One way I add some protein every day is by using protein drink as creamer. Tastes the same as regular creamer to me. I eat a lot of eggs, cottage cheese and canned tuna for most meals and snacks (other than dinner).

Well I almost got to read my paper in peace. Many, many interruptions.Nephew and his little boy left around 2pm. That gave me a quieter window. I tell myself I am lucky to be entering the last part of my life with many relationships.
Tonight we are going out to dinner with BFF, her son and DHs sister. It's at a Latin Fusion restaurant DH and I have been to a few times. I like it a lot, but as we like to say in Minnesota, it's spendy.
Tomorrow I'm having lunch with 2 friends from my controversy club. The group as a whole has petered off. I guess in the end we couldn't survive the political divisiveness. We had a good run though. Probably 10 years of civil discourse and debate. But anyhow, the 2 friends I'm meeting up with have been my friends for 20 years, so I'm looking forward to catching up.
Loving so much the lack of Sunday scaries. Monday is just another day now. :)
You are lucky that you have so many longtime friends. Did your controversy club die out because of the current political climate? DH and I were commenting yesterday that there are very few people we can discuss anything politically charged with safely with these day.
