Wow! She didn't tell them about the tirzepatide! Thats nuts. I told mine (up north and down here) and they were fine with it. But it sounds like she has taken it too far if she is malnourished and now has pancreatitis. Do you think she developed an eating disorder along the way?

She is all levels of messed up when it comes to her health. I have been known to refer to her as our family's own personal "Judy Garland". She's got a medicine cabinet not to be believed. She suffers from a severe level of migraine headaches and has chronic pain to the extent that about 15 years ago her doctor declared her disabled. She became dependent on dilaudid for pain management, became obese for a while due to the meds and inactivity, and on and on... Her medical issues never stop. On top of it she has always leaned toward hypochondria and has a low level of tolerance for even the most minor affliction. So, yes, I think she has an eating disorder now, too!
Greetings all
Yet another sunny day but there are beach warnings. No need to warn me though I was tempted because there have been spectacular sunsets lately.
So I am lazing about air drying my hair and will hit the gym in a bit. They have been painting the stripes in the parking lot so limited spaces. First world problems indeed.
DH went out to lunch and brought home a cheeseburger so that is dinner. Makes my day when I don't have to come up with something though I did pick up a pot roast for tomorrow. I have gallery duty in the pm and expect it to be slow so it will be nice to come home to completed dinner. Tomorrow is also Tuba Christmas in the local shopping center which I guess I will miss.
Those nails look great Liz. Is that something one could do for a day or two and then remove? And DD yours also look great. Understated elegance in both cases.
Peps OMG on your SIL. She really needs to tell her doctors her meds. Why not? Hoping she feels better soon and gets good care.
Paula nice that you met people with a connection. I bet the clubhouse is a fun place to hang out and meet people.
CC we love your window cleaner. I wonder why there is not a version for high rise buildings? But uh oh, clean windows might result in bird strikes. Did you ever get the plastic owl for that? We finally have some little sparkly hangings to keep the swallows out of our porch cover.
WE had some discussions about Christmas today. Our host wants to keep it small and simple which is fine with me. His late wife always did it up HUGE - like 6 Christmas trees - but he just doesn't have the energy. We will all help. Also gifts will be bring one and draw one and not everyone for everybody. Works for me. What do you all do for gifts? I gotta think of a gift that could go to anybody and it may be a half case of local wine. Except one guy does not drink at all. I am grateful for something low key and festive. I found out my brother's plans fell through and he did nothing.
DH is continuing to exercise on his balance board. yay.
